Our client is a $1.2B manufacturing and distribution company that is well regarded as a leader in their industry niche. They are located in Central, IN and have over 1,000 employees and a strong history of sustained growth and IT modernization.
Position:
They are seeking a Director of Infrastructure and IT Operations that will lead corporate IT infrastructure across cloud, network, and support services for the corporate environment. This role while also be responsible for integrating remote distribution centers into corporate IT services standards.
The Director of Infrastructure is a direct CIO report and will lead a team of 5 to 10 mid/senior IT engineering and support professionals. Furthermore, they will be responsible for defining and executing the implementation of the IT Infrastructure roadmap while managing corporate IT operations performance across Azure and related systems.
Desired Experience:
- Prior IT infrastructure departmental leadership experience in a corporate and multi-office organization
- Past experience supporting and integrating remote operations into corporate IT standards
- Previous history leading IT infrastructure strategic and technical roadmap as a direct VP/CIO report
- Former IT infrastructure team leadership experience with execution and metrics driven philosophy
- Full ownership, proactive focused mindset comfortable with making decisions and executing autonomously
