Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an enterprise ServiceNow Platform Architect to technically lead and architect next generation service management from its current platform to a modernized ServiceNow platform enterprise-wide. We are specifically seeking an IT architect with extensive ServiceNow platform experience, specifically with a background of architecting and leading the strategic and technical migration to an enterprise-wide ServiceNow posture. We are looking for a professional with direct experience architecting both short and long term ServiceNow strategies within a highly committed service management environment.
Desired Attributes:
- Experience leading transition from existing service management platform to ServiceNow in an enterprise setting
- Experience driving technical ServiceNow design and implementation in a highly regulated IT environment
- Experience working within a highly regulated environment including NERC, CIP, or related, SOC1 a plus
- ServiceNow certifications a plus
