Our client is a nearly 50 year-old specialized distribution company with corporate HQ located in Carmel, IN. They are a major player within their space nearing $100M in annual revenues and 80+ employees. They serve multiple manufacturers across industries including medical, automotive, agriculture, and outdoor amongst others.

Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Vice President of IT to oversee all areas of corporate information technology. This role will be a direct report to the CEO and serve as a part of the company’s executive leadership team.  We are seeking an IT leader with previous experience managing companywide IT strategy as it relates to both IT operations and strategic business growth, in addition to being responsible for tactical implementation of a high-performance IT operations environment.

We are specifically seeking a leader with a strong background across IT operations including M365, network, ERP, CRM, app development, and related experience, and with the ability to collaboratively create strategic IT Initiatives that create the framework for company growth, competitive excellence, and scale.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience as an executive report IT leader across all areas of IT
  • Experience in collaboratively developing corporate IT strategy and tactical IT roadmaps with executive team
  • Strong understanding of business needs and how to best utilize IT to accomplish key business goals
  • Experience presenting cases/solutions to executive leadership for ongoing performance improvements
  • Experience in driving key projects, initiatives, and tactical implementation for overall IT objectives
