Salary: $110,000-$130,000 plus bonus structure
Our client is a leading specialty healthcare system headquartered in Indianapolis. They are one of the most well-respected specialty hospital groups in the Midwest with 3 hospitals, 10+ practice offices, and 1000 total employees.
They are seeking a technical IT Infrastructure Manager to serve as a direct report to the Director of IT. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with a focus across core infrastructure management and performance to include enterprise infrastructure strategy, driving core technical roadmaps, and leading a team of 3-5 IT engineers and Tier1 support team.
We are seeking a technical leader that has direct IT infrastructure management or team lead experience leading teams while being technically involved with engineering/architecture across systems, network, data center, cloud to include technologies across Cisco UCS, VMware, Cisco Nexus, WAN/LAN, and advanced wireless and/or related mission critical IT infrastructure.
Desired experience:
- Enterprise hands-on technical leadership experience across associated projects and key initiatives
- 3+ years technical management of IT infrastructure teams across network, systems, and core data center
- Desire to be involved in key projects, driving performance, and overseeing technical roadmaps
- Bachelor’s Degree, industry certifications, and history of progressive promotions or responsibility preferred
- Healthcare or legal related infrastructure leadership or team lead experience a plus
